Description

Yellow brick one story building with approximately 16 rooms school serving the community of Indiahoma. Currently has new tin roof and additions have been made. Initial recording of a dedication ceremony for the school is find in the Lawton Constitution Nov 14, 1935, yet the Oklahoma Landmarks and plaque on the wall of the entrance shows 1940,1941 years. Could be a loss of the first building in 1935 and a reconstruction in 1941 just need more research completed.  Also states the Gym was completed in 1940.

WPA Appropriations⁽¹⁾: $35,829.

Constitution quoted price: $26,500.
