A two-story, flat-roofed brick Art Deco Style building. It displays decorative elements such as stepped frontispiece with fluted pilasters. ornamental parapets trim, for globe lamps, and a low-relief ornamentation on side walls, A one story wing addition was added to the west wall in c. 1965.
