Description

A one story yellow brick building with a basement. Inset and long rectangular windows distinguish the front and sides of the building. Marble wainscot and base in lobby, with terrazzo floor. The mural Round-Up painted by Frederick E. Conway in 1940 is in the lobby as well. The grille and eagle above the main entrance is the original design.
