Description:
The Pooleville School is a single-story, essentially square (60′ x 56′) structure constructed of rusticated and coursed native sandstone. The masonry is good. It has a flat roof with parapets. The front entry is recessed and framed with an extended facade. All the windows have been filled in with cinder blocks or plywood inserts; one has been altered to create a garage door. The alterations have affected the integrity of the structure.
