Description:
Work was scheduled to begin on the new city park in July of 1939. $11,000 had been approved for this project. Work was scheduled to be started right after the City Hall project was completed, to continue to employ 12 men. This bathhouse may have been built as part of the new city park. It is similar in style to many other WPA buildings and it used to have a plaque attached to the front, which has since been removed.
