Description
A one-story Art Deco style building with a basement. Façade is symmetrical with a slightly recessed central portion of limestone. This part of the façade was sandblasted some years ago in an attempt to clean it, but resulted in visible erosion and wear on the surface. The mural “The Romance of the Mail” painted by Albert T. Reid.
